Gradute School of Global Cooperation(CSGC)


  Hallym University's Graduate School of Global Cooperation opened in September 2017 with the aim of 'co-developing the community' through the advancement of 'glocal talent education'. The Graduate School of Global Cooperation is based on the knowledge assets and the global network of the nation's top faculty at Hallym University. The goal is to cultivate local talents who will lead 'global shared growth of local communities’. The Graduate School of Global Cooperation aims to foster the "advancement of glocal talent" and "global shared development" of local communities. Establishing a global network with high-ranking officials and Asian government agencies in Asia as well as working with renowned universities and professors from other Asian countries.
  We would like to build a global network. Graduate students entering this graduate school will be able to study and work with global talents. We will be able to grow as a “Global Advanced Talent”, leading the “global shared development” of local communities.

 Development of Public Administrative Talents to Lead the Global Growth in Gangwon Province

 › Establishing a Global Network with Senior Officials and Asian Government Organizations in Asia

 › Establishing a Global Network with prestigious universities and professors in Asia

 › Build a global network by taking classes with senior officials and talents from Asian countries


 Training global leaders who will be leading the glocal shared development in Gangwon-do

 › Fostering future political leaders in global shared development through networks with Asian countries

 › Strengthen practical election strategy and political marketing strategy capabilities

 › Strengthen the capability to develop regional development policies

 › Reinforcing practical legislative capability for legislative activities


 Strengthening of global cooperation programs

 › Academic seminars with future leaders of major Asian countries

 › Various social activities such as luncheon seminars and sports competitions with the graduates of prestigious universities from 10 collective countries

 › Fostering global talent through international development cooperation overseas, volunteer activities and global CSR planning and practice


 Fostering global public administration and global Korean studies talents, connecting Korea to the rest of the world

 › Training professors who will lead Korean studies education in emerging market countries

 › Development of public administration talents to lead the national development in emerging market countries

 › Training management innovation talents who will lead the market development in emerging market countries
